8+ years of experience as a Senior Technical Lead / ServiceNow Architect
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Integrations, and Virtual Agent
Mandatory ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Strong experience with ITIL process definition, integration solutions, and architecture-level configuration
Knowledge of ServiceNow base platform, reporting, dashboards, and configuration
Strong scripting experience with:
- JavaScript
- Unix Shell Scripting
- Windows Scripting
- PowerShell
- Regular Expressions (RegEx)
Strong experience with REST API, SOAP, and other integration technologies
Knowledge of Cloud fundamentals and Windows/Unix administration
Understanding of infrastructure environments including Servers, Networks, and Storage
Experience with IT infrastructure monitoring tools
Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and ITIL
Experience with Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, Performance Testing, and UAT
Experience designing repeatable development, testing, staging, and production processes with high availability and reliability
Experience configuring, managing, and maintaining ServiceNow MID Servers
Experience configuring credentials and working with command-line consoles
Strong experience with ServiceNow Discovery , including:
- Discovery Schedules
- Device-owner troubleshooting
- Cloud Discovery
- Tag-based Discovery
Experience gathering requirements from application teams and building Service Maps
Strong experience customizing/developing:
- IRE Rules
- Script Includes
- Business Rules
- Scheduled Jobs
- Patterns
- Probes
- Sensors
Experience maintaining Event Management integrations
Experience configuring/modifying:
- Event Rules
- Field Mapping
- Alert Management Rules
- Flow Designer flows
Experience implementing alert deduplication and correlation rules
Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow Reports and Dashboards
Strong infrastructure/application team collaboration for requirements, troubleshooting, and solution delivery
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

ServiceNow Discovery Certification
ServiceNow Event Management Certification
ServiceNow Service Mapping Certification
Advanced ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping
Cloud and infrastructure discovery
Event Management and monitoring integrations
Experience providing user training and UAT support
Strong Agile/Scrum project participation
Experience with ServiceNow architecture standards and development best practices
