Staff Product Designer

About the Role As a Product Designer at Lilly, you will work across the full arc of design delivery — from making sense of research and shaping the problem, to crafting the interactions, nailing the visual execution, and getting it across the finish line with engineering and product. This role leans toward visual and UI design, but it is a hybrid product design position that requires confidence in flows, structure, and interaction design. Basic Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Design (Digital Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Human‑Computer Interaction, or related field) OR high school diploma/GED with 5+ years of equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience in product, UX, or visual design for digital products and experiences. An exceptional portfolio of design work spanning multiple projects and mediums, with a focus on interface or screen‑based experiences. Additional Preferences Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills paired with a high level of intellectual curiosity and passion for innovation in digital health. Strong visual craft with excellent command of type, grid, composition, and color, while remaining capable across core UX responsibilities including flows, interaction design, and problem framing. Compensation and Benefits Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $126,000 - $202,400. Full‑time employees will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
