We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team supporting nonprofit outreach campaigns and community engagement initiatives throughout the local area.
This is an entry-level opportunity with paid training provided, making it an excellent fit for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in customer service, communications, marketing, fundraising, and leadership development.
In this role, you will engage directly with the public at live events and community outreach locations, helping raise awareness and support for nationally recognized nonprofit organizations.
We are looking for motivated, people-focused individuals who enjoy working in team environments, thrive in fast-paced settings, and are eager to grow professionally while making a positive community impact.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers and community members
- Represent nonprofit organizations professionally and positively
- Answer questions and provide information regarding campaigns and initiatives
- Assist with customer interaction and outreach efforts
- Participate in live events and community engagement activities
- Work with team members to meet outreach and performance goals
- Participate in ongoing training and leadership development programs

Qualifications:

- Customer service, retail, hospitality, sports, or sales experience is a plus but not required
