Local HVAC company is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to join our phenomenal team! Must have a strong sense of urgency to drive daily results and hold the team accountable to the standards set by the company.HVAC Service ManagerPay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour + bonus opportunitySchedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00AM - 5:00PM, some overtime evenings and weekends as neededWhat We Provide: Company vehicle and fuel cardCompany uniformCompetitive hourly wages with monthly performance bonusesRinnai Authorized DealerOngoing training and career development opportunitiesEmployee appreciation eventsStable, year-round employment with no seasonal layoffsBenefitsMedical insurance - 75% employer paid, Supplemental insurance options, 6 Paid holidays, and 80 hours of paid time offQualifications:Five plus (5+) years of experience in residential/commercial HVAC service calls3+ years of supervisor/leadership experience within an HVAC company Multi-tasker with effective time managementBasic computer skills: specifically, MS Office, service & dispatch software systemsStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to lead, mentor, and train others Valid driver's license and insurable driving recordPhysical Demands:Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a dayMust be physically able to perform strenuous labor, including lifting heavy objects, up to 70 lbs.Must be able to work in extreme heat and coldMust be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the dayResponsibilities: Responsible for the profitability of the service departmentResponsible for ensuring that all Service Technicians are properly trainedReview all service invoices daily; check for proper documentation, proper math, and work performed. Make sure that the Service Technician details the invoice in a thorough manner so the customer understands the service rendered and that the problem was taken care ofProvide one-on-one training for Technicians needing assistanceHold accountable all Technicians for hitting KRA/KPI's daily, weekly, monthly, yearlyProvide technical support by phone or on the jobProvide technical training when necessaryRespond to customer complaints/concernsHold Technicians accountable for proper paperwork and follow-upEnsure the assigned Technician is following our stated policies and procedures, giving instruction and direction to coworkers as requiredChange or make new company policies for the service department with the Owner/ General Manager's approvalEnsure company property, vehicles, and tools are being used, maintained, and accounted for properly and timelyPrepare Technician performance reviews (as directed) and deliver review to the General Manager on a timely basisCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
