• As a valued member of the Nursing team, you will be responsible for providing excellent care and services to the residents of the Community.

Responsibilities (overview):

Assist RN's and LPN's with meeting the needs of residents ADL's- personal care, feeding, bathing, and dressing
Actively participate in nursing reports by receiving and contributing to status reports of residents
Provide complete and thorough personal care for residents
Take and accurately record vital signs
Promptly and consistently respond to resident's needs
Promptly and consistently respond to needs of family members
Assist and accompany the residents as needed in the admission, transfer and discharge process while assuring comfort and safety
Provide support to patients and family members
Qualifications (overview):

Valid Georgia CNA certification
Proficient in basic life support and patient care
Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation
Familiarity with EMR and EHR systems, including Point-Click-Care
Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or hospital settings
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy
Ability to work with diverse populations, including individuals with developmental disabilities and Alzheimer's care
