Position Overview
Our organization is looking for a Senior Radiologic Technologist to provide exceptional pediatric imaging services within a premier academic medical facility. This position involves conducting a variety of diagnostic radiographic examinations while maintaining rigorous standards for radiation safety and pediatric sedation protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Perform diverse diagnostic radiographic procedures.
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety measures and pediatric sedation guidelines.
- Deliver compassionate, family-oriented care to patients and their families.
- Work collaboratively with radiologists, nursing staff, and child-life specialists.
- Assist in optimizing operational workflows and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technologists in a supportive, educational environment.
- Proven experience in pediatric imaging and radiologic technology.
- Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
