Medical Support Assistant (Advanced)

Summary The Advanced Medical Support Assistant (MSA) is a highly specialized position and performs multiple duties. The incumbent may serve as a Clerk in VHA Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) or Specialty Care Support Team.
