As a Kitchen Team Member, your role goes beyond daily tasks. You will interact with people from all walks of life, brightening their day with top-notch customer service and maintaining a clean, stocked deli area. No experience? No problem! We will teach you! Job Functions General customer service duties include responding to customer inquiries, assisting with orders, and maintaining cleanliness in the deli, coffee, and fountain areas. Accurately prepare deli products as instructed in preparation guides, including salads, fruit, sandwiches, wraps, and parfait cups. Use a variety of technologies to follow company policies and maintain food safety conditions. Cross‑train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles. Move, lift 25+ pounds, and work in varying temperatures.
