Location: Harrisburg, PA 17111 (Hybrid 2 days in the office per week 8am-5pm)

Duration: 12 months (possible extension)

Targeted Years of Experience: 0-3 years

Responsibilities

• Experience in Microsoft Office - Excel
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Possess basic knowledge of various payment types and payment processing rules
• Accounts Receivable experience posting customer payment.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize own workload, meet deadlines, and handle multiple demands and competing priorities efficiently

Must Have Skills

• Ability to read and understand vendor contracts
• Ability to understand and apply pricing matrix to pre & post purchase orders
• Ability to summarize and communicate findings

Desired Skills

• Strong analytical skills to forecast savings and cost
• Ability to manage multiple vendors & associated contracts
