Front Desk Coordinator

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our dental family! As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll set the tone for their entire visit — so if you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves helping people, and keeps things running smoothly, we’d love to meet you.

Front Desk Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and check them in/out efficiently
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, optimizing provider calendars
Manage patient records and ensure accurate data entry using Dentrix
Handle insurance verifications, billing, and payment collections
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
Support the dental team with administrative tasks and patient communication

full-time $18 - $23 per hour

Salary based on Experience.

Monday: 8 AM – 8 PM
Tuesday: 9 AM – 8 PM
Wednesday: 8 AM – 6 PM
Thursday: 8 AM – 5 PM
Friday: 8 AM – 4 PM
Saturday: 8 AM – 12 PM
Sunday: Closed

What You’ll Need:
2–3 years of dental front desk experience
Proficiency in Dentrix

Excellent communication and multitasking skills
A welcoming attitude and professional presence
