Schedule and Location

• Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Full-time, on-site position in Lakeland, FL

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to both English- and Spanish-speaking patients
• Accurately enter prescription data into pharmacy systems
• Assist pharmacists with medication filling and dispensing tasks
• Support cashier and front-end responsibilities as needed
• Maintain clear communication with customers, staff, and pharmacists
• Keep the work environment clean and organized

Qualifications and Desired Experience

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required
• Valid Florida Pharmacy Technician license is mandatory
• Previous pharmacy or retail/customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Willingness to learn and adapt to pharmacy systems; training will be provided
