Registered Nurse (RN) - OR - Operating Room - $34-73 per hour

Job Title Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room Position Details Location: Natick, Massachusetts. Specialty: OR – Operating Room. Discipline: RN. Duration: Ongoing. 36 hours per week on a 12‑hour shift. Employment: Staff. Up to $20,000 sign‑on bonus (eligibility: based on program). Responsibilities Provide direct clinical patient care and assess, plan, implement direct clinical care to assigned patients per shift. Coordinate and integrate patient care based on the nursing process, ensuring high‑quality, safe, cost‑effective total nursing care. Supervise staff and delegate appropriate care; maintain competency of clinical staff. Support the CNO to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care and resource management. Direct care according to established standards of safety, risk management, QI, and Infection Control, aiming for optimal patient discharge. Plan and coordinate patient care within prescribed medical regimes. Perform and fulfill all HICS responsibilities, assignments, tasks, and roles in emergencies or disasters. Know hospital emergency codes and adhere to hospital policies for each code. Perform related duties as required. Qualifications Education: Graduated from a state‑approved school of nursing or an accredited nursing school. Certification: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as required by state law and policy. CPR proficiency.
