Part-Time Bookkeeper
Location: Onsite – Saginaw, MI
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Part-time, 16+ hours per week (flexible)
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to support our ongoing accounting needs. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, enjoys staying organized, and has solid experience using QuickBooks.
Responsibilities:
- Weekly
- Enter bills for approval and process payments
- Update QuickBooks with transactions from bank feeds
- Process biweekly payroll and enter job allocations
- Monthly
- Enter intercompany transactions by entity (VISA/Sam's Club statements)
- Prepare and issue monthly tenant utility invoices
- Reconcile credit card accounts
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations
- Quarterly
- Reconcile intercompany balances and process cash transfers
- Calculate and record management fees
- Prepare financial statements
- Annual
- Assist with 1099 preparation and vendor review
- Reconcile fixed assets to reporting schedules
- As Needed
- Correct entry or sync errors in Bill.com
- Set up new customers in QuickBooks
- Enter manual checks
