Schedule: Alias 761: e/o Wkd 9a-3p, Alias 618: F 9a-3p or Alias 761: T/W/F, Alias 762: e/o Wkd 9a-3p or last option Alias 761: T/F 3-11p, Alias 640: e/o Sat 3-11p

$15/hr

This position requires a valid driver’s license held for at least one year (post-permit) and a clean motor vehicle record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SEVITA

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Skills:  Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
