As a Cook 2, you'll use your previous kitchen experience to prepare a variety of menu items while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction. Below are some of the responsibilities as a Cook 2: 1. Prepare and cook quality menu items while following recipes and food safety standards. 2. Prepare a variety of menu items, including appetizers, desserts, hot foods, meats, fish, and vegetables. 3. Use various cooking methods, including griddle, flat top, fry, and other kitchen techniques. 4. Safely operate kitchen equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen. 5. Work collaboratively with the culinary team to deliver high-quality food and exceptional guest service. 6. Assist with inventory, stocking, opening and closing duties, and daily kitchen operations. 7. Follow all company policies, procedures, and sanitation standards. What you will love about us:

- At least 6 months of professional cooking experience.
- The ability to demonstrate intermediate cooking skills.
- The ability to obtain ServSafe Certification within 90 days.
- The ability to complete Culinary Academy within 12 months.
- Basic math skills.
- The ability to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- The ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds with
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, casino, or similar
