Team Lead Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Model, facilitate and drive positive work culture and team morale Participate in Core Team meeting Facilitate/participate in communication between manager and team Facilitate/participate in Lead team meetings Mentor new employees Mentor graduate students Evaluate and treat with pediatric clients Create and implement treatment plans Maintain accurate records/documentation Collaborate with multidisciplinary team Provide parent education Let’s Talk!
