Neonatologist Position Highlights 19-bed High Level II Equivalent (Level II EQ) NICU caring for neonates as early as 28 weeks gestation Average daily census of 11–13 infants, supporting a manageable and patient-focused practice 24/7 in-house neonatologist coverage, promoting continuity of care and clinical excellence Neonatologists attend high-risk deliveries for infants Neonatologist will practice within an integrated, physician-led network of: 28 neonatologists 42 neonatal nurse practitioners 2 physician assistants providing coordinated, multi-level neonatal services across Arizona Exposure to advanced clinical care and technologies, including ECMO, high-frequency jet ventilation (HFJV), oscillator ventilation, and participation in clinical research Why This Neonatal Opportunity?
