Marketing Specialist

Freeman Mathis & Gary is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our expanding team and help drive the firm's marketing and business development efforts. This position will be instrumental in elevating brand visibility, deepening client relationships, and supporting initiatives that contribute to the firm's continued growth. About the Role Reporting to the Marketing Director or Senior Marketing Manager, this position partners closely with marketing team members, attorneys, and firm leadership to execute strategic marketing, communications, and business development efforts. The ideal candidate is a versatile marketing generalist with 4-5 years of experience in a professional services environment who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys balancing content development, digital marketing, event planning, graphic design, and project management responsibilities. Responsibilities Create and manage marketing content, including website copy, attorney biographies, client alerts, newsletters, and thought leadership materials. Support digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, website updates, and LinkedIn content. Design branded marketing assets using tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. Coordinate seminars, webinars, conferences, sponsorships, client events, and other firm marketing activities. Manage multiple projects and deadlines while collaborating with attorneys, leadership, vendors, and marketing partners. Analyze marketing performance metrics and support data-driven decision making. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 4-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a law firm, consulting firm, accounting firm, or other professional services organization. Required Skills Strong experience in content creation, digital marketing, social media, graphic design, and event coordination. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and website CMS platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and client service.
