Navigator RN - Hematology Oncology

Role Overview The Nurse Navigator in Infusion acts as a clinical expert, coordinating patient care, administering treatments, and supporting research and outreach for cancer patients. They assist patients and families in navigating hospital and community services, providing personalized, holistic care that addresses physical, mental, and spiritual wellness. Key Responsibilities Manage treatment regimens and collect data on contacts and referrals Participate in health screenings, patient education, and referrals Build and maintain relationships with patients, families, healthcare providers, and community partners Advocate for patient-centered care and uphold organizational values Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and California RN License Current BLS certification and oncology-specific certifications (or within 1 year) At least 5 years of nursing experience, including 3+ in oncology Experience in clinical care and patient advocacy Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree in Nursing Additional Information This role offers a comprehensive benefits package, opportunities for professional growth, and a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
