Performs these responsibilities personally or through subordinate staff, vendors, and service providers.\ \ **essential Duties and Responsibilities:** Oversees daily IT operations, including infrastructure, networks, systems, and cybersecurity. Partner with management to identify technology needs, establish priorities, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and performance. Oversee the reliability, security, and maintenance of networks, servers, software applications, telecommunications, and end-user systems. Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and controls to ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance. Manage IT budgets, technology investments, vendor relationships, and service contracts. Lead disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity planning. Supervise and develop IT staff while promoting accountability, customer service, and continuous improvement. Maintains system documentation, licensing, and configuration records. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications/Experience:**\ Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field, and four to eight years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and Experience. Prior Leadership Experience Preferred. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and business software systems, including financial and order processing systems. Working knowledge of network administration, servers, cloud systems, and cybersecurity principles. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage vendors, and support multiple technical systems simultaneously. Ability to maintain confidentiality and present a professional demeanor. **Additional Requirements:** General knowledge of one or more of the following, DFARS View phone number on click.appcast.io, NIST SP 800-171, CMMC preferred. Preferred IT certification (A+, Network+, CCNA, Microsoft Certified Professional, etc.). Preferred security certification (Security+, CISSP, CASP+, etc.). Must hold or be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.
