Description:

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels of lubricants and related products. This position coordinates daily customer orders, shipping and receiving activities, inventory tracking, product sampling, bulk lubricant deliveries, and warehouse organization. The Inventory Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring products are properly received, stored, accounted for, and prepared for timely delivery to customers.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and stage daily lubricant orders for drivers to ensure products are ready for scheduled morning deliveries.
• Prepare and organize customer lubricant orders accurately and efficiently according to customer requirements.
• Coordinate and perform shipping and receiving activities, including verifying incoming and outgoing products and quantities.
• Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory records for all lubricant products.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the timely ordering of lubricant products to maintain adequate stock levels and prevent shortages.
• Monitor bulk lubricant inventory and maintain accurate records of tank levels and product quantities.
• Collect lubricant samples from bulk deliveries upon receipt and ensure samples are properly handled and documented as required.
• Coordinate incoming bulk lubricant deliveries and verify that products are delivered into the correct designated bulk storage tanks.
• Create, process, and maintain accurate delivery tickets and related inventory documentation.
• Verify received products against delivery documentation and report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged products as needed.
• Maintain the lubricant warehouse in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
• Ensure products are properly labeled, stored, and readily accessible for order fulfillment.
• Assist with inventory counts, reconciliations, and periodic inventory audits.
• Communicate with drivers, vendors, customers, and internal personnel regarding orders, inventory, deliveries, and product availability.
• Follow all company safety procedures and inventory control practices.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

• Order Fulfillment: Ensure customer and driver orders are accurately prepared, staged, and ready for delivery.
• Receiving & Shipping: Properly receive, verify, organize, and prepare lubricant products for shipment.
• Bulk Product Management: Monitor bulk lubricant storage, coordinate incoming deliveries, and ensure products are placed in the correct tanks.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate delivery tickets, inventory records, receiving documentation, and related paperwork.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient warehouse and lubricant storage area.
