Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse

Join to apply for the Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse role at Upstate Medical University . Job Summary: Assist spine surgeon with in-office cervical spine injection procedures. Responsibilities include placing orders in Epic EMR under surgeon’s directive, recording administered injections, patient intake including vital signs, medication reconciliation, and history, preparing patients, drawing up injection solutions, assisting surgeons during procedures, cleaning exam rooms, and performing other duties as requested. Additional orthopedic per diem LPN work available if interested. Minimum Qualifications: NYS licensed/registered LPN. Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross. Preferred Qualifications: Prior orthopedic or urgent care experience. Work Days: Thursdays from 3pm-6:30pm (weekly). Salary Range: G5: $20.48 - $34.22. Note: Salaries are based on candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market considerations.
