What You'll Do:

• Assist patients with stretching, exercises, and balance techniques under supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Read and interpret treatment plans from PTs
• Support patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors
• Help with patient transfers from wheelchairs or walkers
• Collaborate with PTs to modify patient care as needed
• Educate patients and families on at-home techniques for continued recovery
• Maintain clean and organized therapy areas
• Complete administrative tasks such as scheduling and paperwork

What You Need:

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in Washington state
• 1+ years of experience in LTC, outpatient, or similar settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely
