In this highly visible role, you'll drive projects from concept through production, partnering with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. If you're a collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced technology environments and enjoys bringing complex products to market, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.Location: St. Petersburg, FL (On-Site)What You'll DoLead end-to-end product development programs from requirements and architecture through validation, certification, production launch, and sustaining support.Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, milestones, and executive reporting.Coordinate global teams across electrical, mechanical, firmware, software, quality, sourcing, suppliers, testing, and manufacturing.Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring alignment on requirements, deliverables, timelines, and expectations.Drive design reviews, readiness reviews, issue resolution, and project governance activities.Oversee development and manufacturing readiness for PCBAs, touch displays, mechanical enclosures, and full system integration.Partner with suppliers and manufacturing teams to ensure component readiness, product quality, production yields, and successful production ramps.Ensure projects meet customer, regulatory, quality, cost, and supply chain requirements.What You'll BringBachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Operations, or a related technical field.10+ years of experience managing complex electronic product development programs from concept through production.Strong background in project leadership, risk management, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.Experience leading global, cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.Knowledge of electronic hardware development, PCBA manufacturing, product validation, and production launch processes.Exceptional communication, customer-facing, and executive presentation skills.Preferred QualificationsPMP Certification and/or Agile/Scrum experience.Experience with touch displays, human-machine interfaces (HMI), industrial electronics, conferencing systems, embedded products, or related technologies.Familiarity with display technologies, touch systems, optical bonding, embedded electronics, firmware, and mechanical enclosures.Fluency in English and Chinese is a plus.Why Jabil?Join a global technology leader where you'll work on cutting-edge products, collaborate with world-class engineering teams, and play a critical role in bringing innovative customer solutions from concept to market.
