Responsibilities
- Monitor maternal and fetal well-being, assess labor progression, and respond to changes in status
- Assist with deliveries and manage obstetric emergencies as they arise
- Administer medications, perform cervical exams within scope, and interpret fetal monitoring strips
- Prepare patients for operative deliveries and provide postpartum education
- Deliver safe, efficient, compassionate nursing care within Labor & Delivery and Obstetrics
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during labor and birth

Requirements
- Active Montana RN license
- Experience in Labor & Delivery
- Certifications: NRP, STABLE, BLS
- Ability to work in a Labor & Delivery unit within a Critical Access Hospital setting
- Strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills
