Strategic Workforce Forecasting & Capacity Lead

HealtheDge is seeking a senior professional to drive workforce forecasting and capacity planning across the company’s operations. You will own end-to-end forecasting processes and translate insights into actionable staffing plans. In this role, you will develop short-, mid-, and long-range models, partner with Finance, HR, and operations to align headcount with budgets, and ensure staffing timelines meet leadership deadlines.
