Janitorial Supervisor

PMC is looking for a self-motivated Janitorial Supervisor to lead our cleaning team in the Tri-City area of Virginia. Full time and part time opportunities available. Day and evening hours available. Duties include: Supervising janitorial staff Inspecting completed work to ensure quality standards are met Training new team members on cleaning procedures and safety protocols Cleaning bathrooms, trash removal, cleaning break areas, sweeping, mopping, and wiping down glass doors as needed Addressing client concerns and communicating updates to management Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of janitorial or cleaning experience, including supervisory experience Must have own transportation Must pass a background check Strong communication and leadership skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
