Boutique Store Director - Luxury Retail Leader

Summary The Store Director will lead Bulgari's Palm Beach boutique, driving sales performance and developing the team to meet quantitative and qualitative goals. This strategic leadership role requires commercial acumen, decisive execution of business plans, and strong collaboration with corporate and cross-functional partners. The Director will champion client development and market initiatives to grow the store's presence locally. Responsibilities Lead and coach the sales team to achieve budget targets and monitor store KPIs. Develop, update, and execute annual and quarterly store strategies in alignment with regional leadership. Create and implement business plans, working cross-functionally with Merchandising, Retail Operations, and corporate teams. Manage personnel, scheduling, payroll integrity, and discounting to meet financial projections. Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising and Bulgari selling standards; spend majority of time on the sales floor. Oversee loss prevention, inventory management, and maintain relationships with mall management and external partners. Build and execute a client development strategy and monitor local market and competitor trends. Requirements 10 years of experience in luxury retail or dealing with luxury items. Proven managerial experience with ability to develop and inspire diverse teams. Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and practical action-planning skills. Ability to build industry relationships and knowledge of local marketing and media landscapes.
