Receptionist Position at Zuern Building Products
Zuern Building Products is a family-owned and operated building materials supplier and design company proudly serving southeastern Wisconsin. With 10 locations, we are committed to providing high-quality building materials and exceptional customer service.
We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to join our team at our Allenton location. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, can manage multiple priorities, and is eager to be part of a growing and dynamic company.
Schedule
- Tuesday: 12:00 PM 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Every Other Saturday: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Greet customers and visitors, connecting them with the appropriate team member
- Monitor receiving and customer gates
- Communicate with the yard team as needed
- Balance the daily cash drawer
- Scan, file, and maintain internal paperwork
- Assist with store literature and administrative tasks
- Handle incoming mail and deliveries
- Contact customers when products arrive
- Support the Inside Sales team as needed
- Assist with miscellaneous projects assigned by the Store Manager

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong phone and customer service skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
- Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a strong attendance record
