- People who are Full-time professionals available to work 40 hours per week, able to lift 35 lbs and stand and move for extended period of times
- A host's duties primarily focus on ensuring that guests have a positive experience as soon as they walk through the door
- Welcome customers with immediate warmth and ensure guests are seated and receive attentive service
- Comfortably manage the flow of the dining room, help guests with reservations and maintain a waitlist of patrons during busy hours
- Optimize seating at different tables to ensure even workload for servers
- Demonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, initiative, a positive attitude and have exceptional communication skills
- Perform station opening, closing and side work duties for each shift and always check out with the manager on duty
- Understand and embody the Bottega Louie lifestyle, mission and brand
- Top performers earn approximately $25 - $30 / hour including tips (based on recent average sales data and depending on volume and performance)
- $20.25 of hourly compensation + $5.00 - $10.00 of tips (based on recent average top 25% of sales data)
- Tip pool participation subject to California Labor Code & Fair Labor & Standards Act
- 96 hours of paid Vacation and Sick Time per year (48 hours vacation / 48 hours sick time) pursuant to Company Policy and West Hollywood Regulations
