Founded in Los Angeles in 2007, Bottega Louie develops premier landmark Restaurants, Patisseries & Cafés. Our objective is to deeply connect with the communities we serve by creating premium Fine Dining, Patisserie, Bakery and Café experiences thoughtfully designed and accessible to everyone.

HOST RESPONSIBILITIES

include but are not limited to:

• A host's duties primarily focus on ensuring that guests have a positive experience as soon as they walk through the door
• Welcome customers with immediate warmth and ensure guests are seated and receive attentive service
• Comfortably manage the flow of the dining room, help guests with reservations and maintain a waitlist of patrons during busy hours
• Optimize seating at different tables to ensure even workload for servers
• Demonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, initiative, a positive attitude and have exceptional communication skills
• Perform station opening, closing and side work duties for each shift and always check out with the manager on duty
• Understand and embody the Bottega Louie lifestyle, mission and brand

COMPENSATION

• Top performers earn approximately $25 - $30 / hour including tips (based on recent average sales data and depending on volume and performance)
• $20.25 of hourly compensation + $5.00 - $10.00 of tips (based on recent average top 25% of sales data)
• Tip pool participation subject to California Labor Code & Fair Labor & Standards Act
• 96 hours of paid Vacation and Sick Time per year (48 hours vacation / 48 hours sick time) pursuant to Company Policy and West Hollywood Regulations
