Finance Bankruptcy amp Restructuring Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a highly motivated associate to join its Finance, Bankruptcy & Restructuring Practice Group on the Financial Services Team in Charlotte, NC. Duties Document, negotiate, and close secured and unsecured credit facilities and loan transactions. Conduct due diligence for various financial transactions. Manage large commercial and corporate lending transactions from inception through post-closing. Requirements 3-5 years of sophisticated finance experience. Experience with syndicated credit facilities and tax credit finance preferred. Strong academic credentials. Outstanding written and oral communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Commitment to exceptional client service. Licensed or eligible to be licensed to practice law in North Carolina. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in North Carolina or eligibility for immediate licensure. Skills Proven experience in finance and restructuring law.
