Position Overview We are actively recruiting a passionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the greater Marietta market who can partner with us to achieve our mission. As a Geode Health Therapist, you will diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy across the general spectrum of mental healthcare conditions. You will help patients define goals, gain insights, and receive personalized, committed care while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide care coordination and crisis intervention if needed. Work Schedule Flexibility: Design your schedule. Provide your schedule in advance and maintain full‑time hours. You can schedule when you are available for booking and also provide after‑hours urgent support. Hybrid : Three days a week onsite and two days a week telehealth. Initially more in‑person time while building patient caseload. Clinical Model Our evidence‑based care uses a measurement‑based approach to track outcomes and inform the plan of care, ensuring best‑in‑class psychiatric and therapeutic care. Team Collaboration You will be part of a dedicated integrated care team, partnering with the Provider to coordinate the full spectrum of psychiatric and therapeutic care and moving patients up and down the care continuum.
