Job Description

As a Room Attendant assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining clean and attractive hotel guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous, and excellent service to all guests.
- Strip linen off beds
- Change linens, pillowcases and make beds.
- Ensure trash is taken out of rooms & appropriately disposed of
- Collecting linens from assigned floors to landing.
- Clean bathroom including the sink, toilet, and bathtub/shower.
- Dust furniture, picture frames, lamps, bed frames, TVs etc.
- Polish counters and mirrors/glass, empty trash cans and vacuum floors.
- Restock all guest room amenities such as coffee pods, water, soap, shampoo etc.
- Ensure keys, phone and housekeeping cart are put away at end of shift.
- Report any wear and tear in rooms to supervisor.
- Interact and greet guests with a smile when approached.
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping and/or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and attention to detail.
- Able to work flexible schedule, with required Saturdays & occasionally during holidays.
