$5,000 Welcome Bonus Included! Lake St. Louis Dental Care is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team. Location: 6492 Ronald Reagan Dr, Lake St. Louis, Missouri 63367. Work Schedule: Tuesday 8:00 am–6:00 pm; Wednesday 8:00 am–5:00 pm; Thursday 8:00 am–5:00 pm; Friday 8:00 am–3:00 pm. Two‑doctor practice utilizing Dentrix. 60‑minute re‑care, 90‑minute new patient appointment. Compensation: bi‑weekly, hourly pay plus daily pay option; daily and quarterly bonuses. About Lake St. Louis Dental Care Lake St. Louis Dental Care, like each Heartland Dental supported office, is unique to the community and the patients they serve. Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in Missouri and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required). Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation. CPR Certification. Preferred Experience Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems. Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health. Clinical needs as required by office. Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Prolonged periods sitting and standing. Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times. Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year.
