Location: Foothill Ranch, CA
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Schedule Flexibility: Must be willing to work a 7:30 AM–4:00 PM schedule if needed
Shift: 1st Shift / Day Shift
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Control Auditor to support quality and inventory accuracy within a distribution/manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will inspect incoming and outgoing products, verify packaging and product quality, review reports, assist with inventory procedures, and investigate discrepancies. You will work closely with warehouse, shipping, and receiving teams to help ensure products and inventory meet company standards.

The ideal candidate has previous quality control or auditing experience , strong attention to detail, and the ability to identify and communicate issues clearly.

What You Will Do

• Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products.

• Inspect products and packaging for accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards.

• Pull and issue product samples according to established procedures.

• Print, review, and analyze quality and inventory reports.

• Assist with cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.

• Investigate inventory discrepancies and help identify the cause.

• Work closely with warehouse, shipping, and receiving teams to resolve quality and inventory issues.

• Identify inventory challenges and communicate issues to the appropriate team members.

• Maintain accurate documentation and records.

• Follow company quality, safety, and inventory procedures.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of quality control, auditing, inventory, or related experience preferred.

• Experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to identify discrepancies and investigate problems.

• Ability to read and understand reports and inventory information.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Comfortable working with warehouse, shipping, and receiving personnel.

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Important Schedule Information

The regular schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM . Candidates must be flexible and willing to work 7:30 AM–4:00 PM when business needs require it.
