Senior Tax Manager (Partnership Track)

Tax Leader – Senior Manager (Partnership Track) We are a long‑standing CPA firm dedicated to high‑quality tax and advisory services for closely held businesses and high‑net‑worth individuals. The Senior Tax Manager will lead complex engagements, provide strategic tax advice, mentor staff, and advance toward equity partnership. Key Responsibilities Manage and review complex tax engagements. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on tax strategy and planning. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Mentor and review work of staff and seniors. Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and firm revenue. Play a key role in long‑term firm leadership and succession planning. Qualifications CPA required. 8–12+ years of public accounting tax experience. Strong technical expertise in business and individual taxation (C‑Corp, S‑Corp, partnerships, 1040s). Proven ability to manage client relationships independently. Interest in leadership and long‑term growth (partnership mindset). Experience reviewing work and mentoring staff. Compensation & Growth Competitive base salary ($150,000 – $225,000) plus bonus. Clear, structured path to partnership/equity. Long‑term wealth‑building opportunity. Schedule & Work Environment This role is primarily in‑office to support collaboration, mentorship, and client engagement.
