LifeStance Health is seeking Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists licensed in Washington to join our clinical team. The role involves medication management and therapy, with flexible part‑time or full‑time options.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive compensation with uncapped earning potential and a range of $363,000–$467,000 based on productivity.
- W2 employed position.
- Sign‑on bonus.
- Cash‑based incentive program.
- Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with 4% match, malpractice insurance, CEUs, paid parental leave.
- Part‑time and full‑time options.
Qualifications
- Fully licensed in Washington.
- Board certified, unencumbered DEA.
- Board certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
- Experience in medication management and therapy.
- Must reside in Washington.
Location & Schedule
- New office recently opened in Federal Way; locations throughout the area.
- Beautifully designed offices.
- Monday–Friday schedule; weekends optional.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate work/life balance.
- In‑person and hybrid flexibility.
