Financial Services Ops Specialist - Deal Closer/Conversion

Financial Services Operations Specialist responsible for preparing equipment lease and loan documentation packages, managing transaction closures, and ensuring compliance across financed deals. Role involves coordinating between risk, sales, customers, and vendors while serving as primary point of contact for transaction support.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage lease, loan, and financing documentation packages through closure
• Coordinate communication and information exchange among risk, sales, customers, vendors, and counsel
• Determine closing requirements, obtain supporting documentation, and resolve closing issues
• Generate and validate customer documents through internal systems with compliance reviews
• Calculate pricing updates, validate usury rules, and review commercial leases for policy compliance

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in financial institution, customer service, or financial services operations
• Exposure to loan and lease documents or contract management
• General accounting knowledge with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Word and Excel

Compensation: $55,200–$82,800 annual base; performance-based incentive compensation may apply
