As a Front Desk Security Professional in a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will welcome visitors, manage access and badges, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.44 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon06:30 AM - 12:30 PMTue06:30 AM - 12:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a front desk location within a technology, media, and telecommunications environment. Welcome visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate entry and departure records in accordance with site-specific policies. Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems; report unusual activity, access concerns, and equipment issues to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific emergency response procedures. Support a professional front desk environment by answering phones, directing guests, coordinating with onsite contacts, and completing required activity reports. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
