Weekend and holiday requirements ICU Department highlights: Join our 12-bed merged ICU/IMC unit, where we provide flexible, high-quality care for a mix of ICU and Intermediate Care patients based on individual clinical needs. Care for a diverse range of medical and surgical diagnoses in a dynamic, evolving environment. While major cardiac recovery is not currently part of our scope, our program is actively growing. The unit experiences a mix of acuity that is balanced by shifts which allow for focused, thoughtful patient carenot just constant hustle and bustle. Here's What You Need Diploma in Nursing required or Associate's degree in nursing required Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred 1 year experience as a clinical nurse required Critical Care experience preferred but not required RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required And BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required And ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days Required And CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training 90 Days Require What You Will Do Basic Human Needs - Responds to others' priorities regarding safety, physical, psychological and social needs.
