Licensed Vocational Nurse

We always encourage nurses to tour the facility and meet the team, most people know pretty quickly if this feels like the right fit. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Pay Range: $28.00-$33.00/hr
- Overnight Differential: +$1.00/hr
- Schedule: PRN (Per Diem)
- 12 Hour Shift
- Complete nursing intake assessments and support detox treatment plans
- Conduct daily nurse visits and monitor client health status
- Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments
- Process labs and communicate results
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation (HIPAA & regulatory standards)
- Respond to medical concerns with confidence and compassion
- Support clients through detox and stabilization
- Collaborate with providers, RNs, LPNs, and the clinical team
- Communicate with families when appropriate
- Coordinate hospital transfers and nurse-to-nurse communication
- Maintain medical supply inventory
- Participate in trainings and staff meetings
- Additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
- Active LVN license in the State of Texas
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stay calm and organized in fast-paced situations
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
- Compassion, professionalism, and a team mindset
- SUD/MH experience is a plus - not required
