Salary: $113,000 - 153,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for an expert Elixir and Phoenix engineer with 2+ years of experience building and scaling production systems.
• We want someone with 2+ years of TypeScript experience and the flexibility to choose the best tool for the task.
• We need a strong grasp of distributed systems, including fault tolerance, supervision trees, and OTP patterns.
• We expect experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.
• We require advanced SQL skills with PostgreSQL; AlloyDB experience is preferred.

• We are looking for hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure, with GCP preferred.

• We build robust Elixir services that consume ML predictions from Vertex AI and other ML platforms.
• We integrate existing or new products with edge-based inference where it makes sense.
• We create fault-tolerant systems that handle service failures gracefully and provide smart fallback behavior.
• We implement caching and optimization strategies for AI feature delivery.
• We build real-time data pipelines using Kafka and Elixir processes to feed ML models.
• We develop demand planning services that connect forecasting models with inventory management.
• We build intelligent routing systems that use ML predictions for logistics decisions.
• We create real-time anomaly detection services for supply chain monitoring.
• We implement AI-powered recommendation engines for logistics optimization.
• We design and build APIs for LLM integration with proper rate limiting and error handling.
• We design distributed systems that can support millions of AI-powered logistics operations.
• We implement monitoring, alerting, and observability across the platform.
• We build developer tools and abstractions that make AI capabilities easy for other engineers to use.
• We create configuration management and feature flagging for experiments.
• We optimize performance and cost efficiency across the platform.
• We partner with our Director of AI Products on architecture decisions and technical strategy.
• We collaborate with data scientists to understand model inputs, outputs, and constraints.
• We work with ML and data engineers to ensure smooth model deployment integration.
• We support product teams as they implement AI features in their domains.
• We mentor other engineers on AI tools, integration patterns, and best practices.
