Responsibilities As an RN Supervisor, you'll provide clinical leadership while ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence throughout your shift. You'll serve as the nursing leader on duty, supporting clinical decision‑making, mentoring team members, coordinating resident care, and fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and compassion. Lead and support nursing staff during your assigned shift Provide clinical guidance and mentoring to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs Coordinate resident care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Respond to clinical issues and changing resident needs Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Promote quality outcomes and resident satisfaction Assist with admissions, discharges, and clinical oversight Foster a positive, collaborative work environment Qualifications State license in applicable state and current registration as RN or LPN Minimum 2 years of nursing experience and at least 1 year in a nursing leadership role Interest or experience in geriatrics Current BLS/CPR certification Experience with dementia population desirable Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English at intermediate or advanced level Walk-In Career Information & Interview Day Wednesday, July 29, 2026 – 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
