What You'll Do
- Prepare meals according to pre-planned menus
- Help guide daily kitchen workflow and keep service running on time
- Ensure food meets high standards for quality, taste, and presentation
- Follow proper food safety, storage, and sanitation practices
- Assist with inventory and supply checks
- Support teammates and maintain a clean, organized kitchen
- Experience in institutional or large-scale cooking
- Someone who shows initiative and can take the lead when needed
- Dependable, team-oriented, and takes pride in a job well done
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety
- Food Handler's Card
- Institutional cooking experience required
- Skilled nursing or healthcare experience preferred
