You’ll be on your feet, leading the team, supporting customers, and helping the operation run smoothly throughout the shift. What We’re Looking For 18+ years old High School Diploma (or equivalent) required Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift Available evenings and weekends Strong communication and team leadership skills Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies Must pass a background check Growth Opportunity Many of our Managers started as Shift Leaders.
