Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time contract position will have you working onsite as a Physical Therapist, providing essential support to K-12 students during a maternity leave coverage. The role will have you serving multiple sites in an itinerant capacity, ensuring a dynamic and collaborative work environment. The assignment runs from September 8, 2026, through December 18, 2026.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist certification and license to practice in Oregon
• Recent experience in a school-based PT role, preferably with K-12 students
• Adaptability and confidence working across multiple campuses
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
• Professional references: Contact information for your three most recent supervisors is required for consideration

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions to students with diverse physical needs across K-12 grades
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress
• Consult with educators and other staff to support inclusive practices in classroom and school environments
• Serve as a resource for faculty and families by providing strategies and recommendations tailored to each student
• Travel within the local area between assigned sites as part of this itinerant role (onsite only—teletherapy not available)
