Position The Lodge at Old Trail in Crozet, VA is seeking a full‑time Evening LPN Team Lead to lead our evening nursing team. PAY: This position offers a competitive annual salary based on experience. In this role, you will guide the flow of each evening by administering medications accurately, overseeing Direct Care Staff, processing physician orders, communicating with residents and families, and responding calmly to any emergent issues that arise. You serve as the dependable presence who ensures smooth operations, supports your team, and helps create a safe and reassuring environment for our residents.
