Privately Held E&P Operator A stable, privately held E&P operator is looking for an experienced Oil & Gas Revenue Accounting Manager ready to own the function and lead/mentor a small team. What sets this apart: Op /Non-Op over 1,800 wells, market their own production, interesting & complex work Very stable and growing business — long-term mindset, zero PE churn High visibility to leadership, meaningful scope, genuine culture Exceptional total comp: Base + Bonus + LTI ($200K+ PKG) + 401(k) with 6% discretionary company contribution + full benefits + CPA/CPE reimbursement You Bring: 10+ years E&P revenue accounting (operated and/or non-operated) Enertia, OGsys, or comparable O&G software proficiency Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Business Early career in public accounting and/or CPA a plus You'll Own: All revenue functions + team of 3 Cash management, taxes & royalties, monthly close, GL reconciliations Relocation assistance provided.
