What’s a typical day as a Pick and Pack Worker? You’ll be:

• Receiving coversheets and assigned carts for order series, and logging into the voice-directed picking system to begin work
• Moving carts through product bin aisles, picking corresponding products, verifying accuracy, and organizing items for easy identification
• Maintaining individual production records and ensuring a clean, safe work area by disposing of empty packaging properly
• Returning completed carts to the staging area and participating in special projects or other assigned duties
• Upholding workplace standards and company policies related to productivity, safety, and behavior

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have good reading, writing, math, and computer skills
• Possess strong attention to detail and accountability for accurate order picking
• Are able to follow instructions, handle multiple assignments, and work efficiently under pressure
• Can differentiate between products with similar characteristics (size, color, vendor code) and read fine print
• Have previous warehousing experience (preferred, but not required)
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent, or have comparable work experience
