At RES, we’re looking for purpose-driven individuals who are passionate about restoration and sustainability, and who want their work to make a lasting environmental impact. Key Responsibilities Entering payables and assisting with data entry of invoices and journal entries Organizing and coding A/P invoices for processing Setting up new vendors and maintaining vendor records Responding to vendor emails and phone inquiries Routing invoices for approval and processing payments Performing reconciliations and helping resolve invoice discrepancies Assisting with audit support and special projects as needed Requirements Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a business-related major Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, and Word Effective written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail $18 $20 USD Please note that the “Day in the Life” section is not intended to be an exhaustive list of job duties, but rather a representative snapshot of typical responsibilities and work experiences at RES. #J-18808-Ljbffr
